*In addition to the fees below, there is a $.40 fee per transaction which goes directly to ParkMobile.
This is a one-time fee per transaction and there are no additional fees to extend the parking time.
Lot 1 Borough Hall:
Hours 1 and 2: $0.50/hour (plus $.40 one-time transaction fee*)
Hours 3 and 4: $1.00/hour (plus $.40 one-time transaction fee*)
Hours 5 and 6: $1.50/hour (plus $.40 one-time transaction fee*)
Center Street:
Hours 1 and 2: $0.50/hour (plus $.40 one-time transaction fee*)
Hours 3 and 4: $1.00/hour (plus $.40 one-time transaction fee*)
Hours 5 and 6: $1.50/hour (plus $.40 one-time transaction fee*)
South Avenue 300 & 400 blocks:
Hours 1 and 2: $0.50/hour (plus $.40 one-time transaction fee*)
Hours 3 and 4: $1.00/hour (plus $.40 one-time transaction fee*)

West Street:

PAID PARKING COMING SOON FOR JFK PLAZA AND NORTH AVENUE
Paid parking is coming soon for JFK Plaza and North Avenue in Garwood. Signage is currently up at JFK Plaza with signage coming soon to North Avenue (north side of the street). Paid parking will be in effect in signed areas only, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm, excluding holidays. Digital parking payments with credit/debit cards via the ParkMobile application will be required and prices will be as follows:
- Hours 1 and 2: $0.50/hour (plus $0.40 one-time transaction fee)
- Hours 3 and 4: $1.00/hour
- Hours 5 and 6: $1.50/hour
