Residential Parking

Attention residents of Willow Avenue, Myrtle Avenue, West Street, and Maple Street:

Please be advised that effective immediately, a residential parking permit is now required Monday through Saturday, 24 hours a day, excluding holidays, for any vehicle parking at the following locations: 

• Willow and Myrtle Avenues: On the 300, 400, and 500 blocks on both sides of the street.
• Maple Street: Between South Avenue and Spruce Avenue on both sides of the street.
• West Street: Between Willow Avenue and Spruce Avenue on both sides of the street.

 Vehicles parked at these locations must now have a visible residential parking permit displayed. Please complete the application below and submit with copy of vehicle registration to the Borough Clerks Office. Applications can be submitted via E-mail: clerk@garwood.org , 1st class mail, in person or via the Borough’s contactless drop box located at 403 South Avenue, Garwood, NJ 07027.
