When:The Westfield Regional Health Department is hosting a free COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at Deerfield School, All Purpose Room, Central Ave Entrance, Mountainside, NJ, on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, from 4 pm to 6 pm.
Ages 5-11 will be eligible to receive their primary vaccine. Just walk in.
