Free COVID-19 Vaccine & Booster Clinic (Ages 12+ for Primary, 16+ for Boosters) in Fanwood: Dec 15
When:As part of Boost NJ Day activities, the Westfield Regional Health Department is hosting a free COVID-19 Vaccine & Booster Clinic at Forest Road Park in Fanwood, NJ, on December 15, 2021, from 10 am to 12 pm.
Ages 12 and older will be eligible to receive their primary vaccine, and ages 16 and older will be eligible for booster vaccinations.
